Q. How can I register for Sai Utsav?
A. Download the Sai Utsav registration form available in pdf format by clickig here. Fill out the form with all required fields and then return it to the address shown in the form.

Q. I sent the registration form but did not get any confirmation yet. What do I do?
A. If you do not receive your confirmation number within a week of submitting the registration form immediately contact Sai Utsav office by phone at (847) 931-4058.

Q. What is the last date of registration for Sai Utsav?
A. Registrations to Sai Utsav will stop upon reaching venue capacity. Seat availability will constantly be updated on the Sai Utsav main page. Please check the same by clicking here.

Q. Is there any priority for registration for Sai Utsav?
A. Registrations are done purely on first come first serve basis. There is no priority or queue system. Upon reaching venue capacity, registrations will stop. Seat availability will constantly be updated on the Sai Utsav main page.

Q. Is there any charge for attending Sai Utsav?
A. No. The event is free and driven by voluntary contributions.

Q. Is Food served during Sai Utsav?
A. Yes for registered attendees only. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and refreshments are served at no charge during the times when Kitchen is open.

Q. What travel arrangements have been made for Sai Utsav?
A. Air travel fares are being negotiated with Continental Airlnes and American Airlines. Details will be available by the first week of October 2000. Please revisit this page for update.

Q. What accomodation arrangements have been made for Sai Utsav?
A. Group rates have been negotiated with nearby hotels. If you are travelling in a group or are single and would like to share lodging, please contact us and we will give you the details. For all others, a hotel list is provided on the Sai Utsav lodging page.

Q. Unfortunately I can not attend Sai Utsav. Can I sponsor pooja or other activities?
A. Ofcourse! We regret that you are unable to attend the Utsav in person but you can certainly attend the Utsav in spirit by scheduling pooja to be performed under your name or by contributing to annadanam(food distribution) or the event itself. Please download the appropriate form, fill in the details and return it to us. Prasad will be mailed to your address.

Q. Which airport should I be arriving at for Sai Utsav?
A. You may arrive in Chicago either at O'Hare International airport or Midway Airport. See the travel or venue page for more information.

Q. I want to contribute for Sai Utsav. Is my donation tax deductible?
A. The orgainzers have applied for tax exemption under section 501(c)(3) with IRS. Upon approval by IRS a letter showing your contribution amount will be sent to you at the end of the year. Please consult your tax advisor for further details and specific advice on your contribution.
