Saibaba.Org respects your privacy. Saibaba.Org is the flagship website for Shirdi Sai Baba Sanstha, Hampshire, Illinois an ecclesiastical organization providing a platform for the followers of late nineteenth and early twentieth century Saint of Shirdi in connecting with Shirdi Sai movement across the globe in addition to providing a place of worship following Hindu faith. 

Comments and Forms

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload or email images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

For example, when you donate online by credit card,Saibaba.org sends your billing and donation information to merchant services for processing the transaction, Saibaba.Org does not store any credit card numbers on its servers.

We only use your information for its intended purposes and to notify you of events and information related to the Saint of Shirdi and Temple services. By completing transactions and completing the forms, you give Saibaba.Org permission to use your contact information as stated above.

How long we retain your data

Suggested text: If you leave a comment, fill out form, the contents and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
